Pricing
Our pricing is based on the estimated value of the property rather than a set amount of photos or pricing according to square footage. This alleviates the stress of picking how many photos you need and which areas will take priority. We also know that not all properties are priced according to their size. Some homes may be larger but be valued lower due to their condition or location. Some homes may be smaller but be valued much higher for a variety of factors and may need additional media showcasing the features that add value to that property like local attractions. This is why we take a marketing budget approach on our pricing so it scales to the needs of the seller.

Photoshoots include all interior and exterior areas as well as any immediate features or amenities upon request, though additional locations may be limited within reason to the appropriate scope of the project. If the home is staged we may also include editorial-style close-up shots highlighting the details of the decor. Aerial photos are also always included if it is permitted or appropriate at the location.

Video reels are tailored to the style of each agent. We consult with you first about your marketing strategies and personal style. Standard delivered videos include an MLS compliant unbranded version of your video as well as a branded version with your logo and contact information.
